Plans to scrap the Nationwide Youths Service Corps (NYSC) have been dropped by the Home of Representatives.
Recall invoice sponsored by lawmaker, Awaji-Inombek Abiante which proposed scrapping of the NYSC had drawn combined response after it scaled a second studying.
Chairman of the Home of Representatives Committee on Youth, Yemi Adaramodu who spoke on the official unveiling of 9 books on NYSC and maiden NYSC movie in commemoration of the 48th anniversary of the scheme on Thursday June 10, mentioned there isn’t a plan to scrap the Nationwide Youths Service Corps (NYSC).
Adaramodu described the NYSC as essentially the most profitable nationwide programme for fostering Nigeria’s unity.
