Tunde Kelani releases trailer for new movie, Ayinla

Grasp filmmaker Tunde Kelani has launched the primary official trailer for his new film, a masterpiece impressed by the life and occasions of Apala Music famous person, Ayinla Omowura.

 

The Ayinla film is an eponymous non-biological musical movie based mostly on the life and occasions of the late
Àpàlà musician, Ayinla Yusuf, popularly generally known as Ayinla Omowura.

The Àpàlà music famous person was stabbed to dying on the pinnacle with a beer glass cup by his estranged supervisor, Bayewu, throughout a beer parlour brawl on Could 6, 1980, at Itoko, Abeokuta. He died from the incident.

He was on the peak of his meteoric rise to stardom when he met his premature dying. He was 47.

 

Forty years after, his musical legacy lives on in ‘Ayinla’ a film shot in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The movie is about a very long time in the past within the 1970s and early 1980s and stars Adedimeji Lateef, Kunle Afolayan, Bimbo Manuel, Ade Laoye, Omowunmi Dada and extra.
